by Laura Ness - @hervineness on June 22, 2010

Anne&Dave206_EstatePinot_labelThe Principal and Headmistress of Burrell School Vineyards, Dave and Anne Moulton, invite you to attend a very different kind of PTA meeting this coming Sunday, June 27th, at the red schoolhouse at 24060 Summit Road. Cast aside all previous conceptions of a PTA meeting, as this is not your typical agenda. Instead, this PTA meeting is actually a PINOT TOTALLY AWESOME tasting, and you’re invited, whether you have kids or not.

Join the knowledgeable and collegial Burrell School staff this Sunday from 11am to 5pm in the beautiful gazebo garden where they will be pouring their current lineup of totally awesome Pinots. This is a Pinot lovers dream. Principal Dave has hand-selected an amazing vertical of estate vintages, including 2002 through 2006 Pinot Noirs. As a bonus, you will get to experience the top-of-the-line “PTA,” the 2006 Estate Reserve bottling, which spent an extra 12 months on new French oak. Toasty, rich and tasty don’t come close to describing this wine.
Savory nibbles will be provided to accompany the wines and guests will enjoy special pricing on Pinot purchases.
Club members and 1 guest are complimentary.
General public cost is $10 per person.
RSVP, please to Ele...@burrellschool.com or 408-353-6290

Burrell School Vineyards is located at 24060 Summit Road, 3.7 miles from Highway 17, and just .3 mile from Old San Jose Soquel Road, just past the Summit Store.
